Cory Grant hosting webinar for university CFOs and CEOs. “Improving Yields on Your Institution’s Liquid Assets
While Attracting and Retaining Top Professors and Faculty Members.”
Universities, like other organizations, are constantly competing for top talent.
1. Are you searching for ways to attract and retain your institution’s best professors and most valuable faculty members?
2. Is your university using the most effective methods of funding the compensation packages it provides to its key people? How is it faring compared to peers on this issue?
3. Has the persistent low interest rate environment made it more difficult to fund tenure, compensation and other benefit packages?
4. Are you interested in learning about best practices that other universities and institutions use to successfully compensate their key people using a method that is favorable to the university balance sheet?
At Grant, Hinkle & Jacobs, we work alongside university presidents, CFOs and boards to guide them in selecting and implementing programs that help them achieve their retention goals while protecting the university from market downturns that can strain benefit payment obligations. We can help you understand solutions to these issues, and work with you towards implementation.
To share with you these solutions, we are hosting a Webinar on April 27th, specially crafted to answer your questions and provide effective solutions that can be customized for each institution and provide actionable strategies in today’s competitive compensation environment.
